Mrs. Riegel has stood behind many of the accomplishments of both myself and my sister (class of 2007). Her unique and intriguing style of teaching encoraged every student to not just learn, but experience her curriculum. Her impact on my understanding not just of psychology, but on human interaction has been life changing.

As a psychology teacher Mrs. Riegle inspired me to work independently and pursue knowledge in the field into college. Without my knowing it Mrs Riegle was a great mentor and friend to me.

Kathy is a consummate professional who made my arrival at and transition to Kingswood immeasurably easier. Her patience, dedication, warmth, sense of humor and grace under pressure made her the perfect person from whom to learn about life in the dorms.

As the advisor for Kingswood's R.A.s, Mrs. Riegle helped me develop patience, objectivity and compassion for people's personal stories. Looking back now, I recognize her quiet influence on my academic pursuits into psychology & media studies.
