Oh how I remember growing up next door to Harvey and Isabel. I was just a young child, but they were like grandparents to me! Harvey died about the same time my brother died in the service, so Isabel and I spent a lot of time together after that. She always made cheeze straws for me!! I will never ever forget what wonderful special people they were :)

"Harve" was one of the first people I met at Cranbrook; he was genuine, hip, friendly, and an integral part of the family - Harve was part of Cranbrook, and he knew who I was.

I remember Harvey (and his wife Isabel) fondly as warm, generous hosts in their home on the Booth Family grounds to me and my Cranbrook friends. All the members of the family were noted for their wry wit and impish humor. He was an excellent photographer who enjoyed life to the fullest.
